RealDadCo. Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@realdadco.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
We do, however, cover defective products, misprints, or items damaged in shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automictically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
